Phinecon as local agent to setup your own IPO (International Purchasing Office)
This structure requires time to be finalized, Phinecon can provide resources until the IPO is setup in order to get BCC sourcing benefit in short term.
During this time, Phinecon will identify office location for our client’s IPO and negotiate best rate with appropriate service.
Phinecon will manage the registration of the company in the BCC selected.
Taking advantage our Phinecon’s Head hunter division, we will identify candidate and arrange HR contract with local authorities after client’s selection.
Taking advantage of Phinecon’s Training division, Phinecon can provide training to the IPO until fully operational.
